What is SWiTCH? Wilton & Bain SWiTCH Network was created in 2016, and aims to promote all elements of diversity within the workplace, with a focus on seeing more women in the C Suite and on Boards.
The network is chaired by our Partners: Chloe Watts, Hannah Robb and Sam Wallace.
The SWiTCH network is made up of over 600 members across diverse disciplines and industries with a common and united purpose. SWiTCH creates connections and content for women in positions that are crucial to influencing and driving change in organisations.
Recognising that a wholly female network is in itself exclusive, SWiTCH also welcomes male allies. Firmly believing in the power and strength of collaboration in promoting equal access to opportunity at all levels of professional life, a shared voice delivers breadth of impact and influence from within.
