Wilton & Bain
Wilton & Bain is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of exploitation and are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency.
Our Approach
As a global executive search and interim leadership firm, we operate with a strong focus on responsible business practices. We do not knowingly engage with any organisation involved in modern slavery and expect the same high standards from all suppliers, partners and contractors.
Risk and Due Diligence
We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, however we recognise potential risks within our wider supply chain. To mitigate this, we:
- – carry out appropriate due diligence on suppliers and partners
- – include contractual requirements relating to anti-slavery compliance
- – monitor potential risk areas where relevant
Governance and Policies
Our approach is supported by internal policies, including our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, and overseen by the Board. Day-to-day responsibility sits with our People and Operations function.
Raising Concerns
We encourage employees and partners to report any concerns. We are committed to ensuring all reports are taken seriously and that individuals can raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
Ongoing Commitment
We will continue to review and strengthen our approach to ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practice.
