SWiTCH is more than just a network.
Founded in 2016, it brings together professionals who are passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Chaired by Wilton & Bain Partners Chloe Watts (UK), Hannah Robb (UK/US) and Sam Wallace (US), SWiTCH is dedicated to creating meaningful change.
Our mission is clear: to see more women represented in the C-Suite and on Boards.
At SWiTCH, we believe diversity and inclusion are not optional but a business imperative. With over 600 members spanning industries and disciplines, the network provides opportunities for connection, collaboration, and influence. Our community is built on the idea that change happens when voices come together with purpose. While SWiTCH is primarily a network for women in leadership, we also welcome male allies. We know that inclusivity requires collaboration and that a united voice has greater impact. Together, we work to create equal access to opportunity at every level of professional life.
The SWiTCH programme includes events and workshops designed to explore timely and thought-provoking topics. These have covered the language of race, social media management, the neuroscience behind influencing skills, developing grit, managing imposter syndrome, balancing professional and personal demands, and health and wellness.
Each event is shaped by our members, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and impactful. By creating space for open discussion and shared learning, we help members strengthen their skills, expand their perspectives, and build the confidence to influence change within their organisations.
