Hannah Robb is a Partner in Wilton & Bain’s Executive Search practice, leading senior-level mandates for Professional Services firms and Private Equity-backed companies across the Office of the CFO and Financial Advisory spectrum. Her work spans Finance Leadership (CFO appointments), Transaction Advisory, Turnaround & Restructuring, Disputes and Economics roles – with a particular focus on talent that drives financial transformation and enterprise performance.

Based in the UK with a global remit, Hannah partners with clients to build leadership teams capable of scaling and realising value across investment lifecycles. She brings a data-driven lens to Search, leveraging proprietary market intelligence to map supply-demand dynamics, diversity trends, and competitive hiring patterns across the financial ecosystem.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Hannah was an Associate Partner at Eastward Partners, where she helped scale their Human Capital Advisory Services platform for middle-market advisory firms nationwide. She played a pivotal role in strategic team lifts and leadership transitions, including the Amherst Partners integration into Capstone Partners, as well as multiple executive-level buildouts across Restructuring and CFO Practices.

Hannah has been invited to speak at national and regional forums as a Human Capital and Market Trends expert, providing commentary on hiring volatility and talent flows within the M&A, Deals and Restructuring markets.

Hannah has lived in London, Yorkshire, Somerset and New York and enjoys both city and country life. She is a graduate of the University of Leeds.

Outside of work, Hannah lives in Blackburn with her two young children, is self-professed bookworm, and always has a plan for her next adventure.
