IWBD Welcomes Sami Zouehid as Leader of HR Committee

Sami Zouehid, Wilton & Bain’s Managing Partner in MENA has been appointed the HR Committee lead for the International Women Board of Directors (IWBD), headquartered in Dubai.

The International Women Board of Directors (IWBD) is an initiative of ‘On Board Women’ bringing senior women leaders, CEOs, Board Members and Executives together to learn from each other and inspire women leaders to become board members.

Within his HR Committee role, Sami will collaborate closely with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), senior leaders, and organisations to promote more women in leadership and board roles across the MENA region and globally.

He will also focus on initiating meaningful conversations around the important role of male allies in supporting women’s career advancement and creating opportunities for all.

Sami added: “I’m honoured to lead this HR initiative to empower women on boards in the MENA region. I’m focused on practical steps to enhance women’s representation and support their leadership journey”.
