Meet Burcu Karabag: Executive Search Consultant 

We are so pleased to reintroduce Burcu Karabağ. Based in our Dubai office as a Executive Search Consultant, Burcu has a focus on executive and C-suite talent acquisition across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

With over eight years of experience, she brings a deep understanding of the region’s talent landscape and evolving leadership requirements. Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, she founded and led DelphiExec Consulting, a boutique executive search and advisory firm delivering bespoke services to clients across the MENA region. This entrepreneurial experience further strengthened her insight into the strategic and operational challenges faced by businesses in sourcing top-tier leadership. Additionally, she gained early talent management experience and led executive search and leadership advisory projects with a global firm, strengthening her strategic, people-focused, and results-driven approach.

Burcu has also developed a strong foundation in Leadership Advisory, working with a broad spectrum of clients, from multinational corporations and regional enterprises to private equity and venture capital-backed firms.

Her consultative approach is grounded in a commitment to helping organizations identify, attract, and retain transformational leaders.
