With over eight years of experience in C-suite and executive-level talent acquisition across the Middle East and Africa, Burcu has a proven track record of placing top-tier executives in sectors such as technology, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and industrials.
Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, she founded DelphiExec Consulting, offering bespoke executive search and advisory services, leveraging her entrepreneurial insights to provide strategic solutions.
