A new perspective on search
Wilton and Bain launch our first office in Dubai
Wilton & Bain, a leading Global Executive Search Firm with a presence across Europe and North America, is delighted to announce the next phase of our growth. Read about the launch our first office in Dubai, in The World Trade Centre.
This step represents a major achievement in our journey as a leading Global Executive Search Firm. By setting up an office in the heart of the Middle East and North Africa region, we are confirming our commitment to meeting our clients’ needs wherever they are.
Furthermore, our decision to open in the Dubai World Trade Centre was deliberate. It’s a bustling hub for commerce, innovation, and collaboration. This makes it the perfect environment for us to connect with our clients in the MENA region.
We are excited to launch our first office in Dubai, expanding our presence and dedication to serving clients in the MENA region. Our Dubai team is ready to use global expertise and local knowledge to drive client success.

“We are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in Dubai. We will serve clients across the Middle East and North Africa, with further announcements to follow of our new Managing Partner who will be leading Wilton & Bain in the region. Also relocating will be Senior Partners David Burton and Kash Singh. This is exciting news for the firm. I have personally worked with clients across the region for over 20 years. So, I’m absolutely thrilled that Wilton & Bain will be putting boots on the ground with such an exceptional team.”
