Introducing Chloe Watts: Partner

We are thrilled to reintroduce Chloe Watts. As Partner, her focus is supporting clients with HR interim appointments.

Prior to Wilton & Bain, Chloe built the HR Practice at Alium Partners Ltd alongside managing broader business change & transformation assignments for 8 years and previously set up and ran the interim practice at Courtenay HR Ltd.

Alongside her recruiting responsibilities, Chloe co-chairs Wilton & Bain’s diversity networking group, SWITCH, regularly hosting content-led and social networking events. She also leads Wilton & Bain’s Coaching proposition as a qualified executive coach and specialist careers coach. She is also a Hogan assessor.
