Wilton & Bain discloses environmental data through CDP

Why CDP Disclosure is important to us

At Wilton & Bain, we we hold ourselves to the same standards of transparency and accountability that we help our clients build into their leadership teams.

That's why, again for 2026, we disclosed our environmental data through CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).

We currently stand at a B rating, which is the highest an SME can achieve.

It's important that we give our clients and candidates updated information on our environmental data, so we are again joining thousands of organisations worldwide committed to measuring and reporting their environmental impact.

Our Environmental, Social and Governance commitments

ESG is part of our overall company goals and mission. CDP disclosure is a great way to hold ourselves accountable.

This disclosure sits within our wider ESG commitments:

Environmental

We are working toward being Net Carbon Zero by 2030, having signed up to the Climate Essentials and EcoVadis schemes, alongside regular waste audits with our landlord and a tree-planting partnership with onHand that has now planted over 5,200 new trees.

Social

We partner with the 10,000 Black Interns program to give opportunities to its members and welcome interns into the Wilton & Bain office each year to kickstart their careers in Executive Search. We use the volunteering platform onHand, which gives each employee in the group access to support in their local communities across Youth Mentoring, Food Waste & Homelessness, Elderly & Isolated and Environmental.

Governance

We are committed to annual reporting on our governance initiatives, supplier and third-party audits, and our use of the EcoVadis platform to monitor and share our progress transparently.
