Trina Cassie is a Senior Associate at Wilton & Bain, having joined the firm in July 2025. She supports the delivery of executive search mandates across the technology and professional services sectors, working closely with consultants on candidate engagement, market research, and end-to-end project delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, she gained valuable executive search experience at Hoggett Bowers, working across a range of senior-level assignments.

She takes a detail-driven and collaborative approach to every search, with a strong focus on understanding both client needs and candidate motivations, and is committed to delivering strategic, long-term talent solutions that support clients’ broader business goals.Trina holds a degree in Anthropology.
