Senior Consultant

Ralph Wright brings over ten years of recruitment experience, with the past seven years focused on retained executive search. He currently works across Professional Services and Private Equity backed companies, identifying and attracting senior talent while advising clients on market intelligence and talent strategy.

Prior to this, Ralph built experience across the FinTech, aerospace, defense, and technology sectors, partnering with leading firms and contractors. During this time, he successfully delivered a wide range of C-suite and senior leadership searches.

Known for his thoughtful and genuine approach, Ralph is described by both clients and candidates as knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. He brings a strong understanding of executive search, a keen eye for talent, and a highly personal approach to candidate management.

Outside of work, Ralph enjoys traveling, fishing, music, and cooking. He holds a BS in Political Science, with a minor in Urban & Community Studies, from the University of Connecticut.
