Natalie Reynolds

Natalie Reynolds is a Senior Associate at Wilton & Bain, having joined the firm in September 2025. She supports in delivering executive searches mainly in professional services across a range of industries and skillsets.

She previously worked in recruitment for all levels within the strategy, change and transformation space. This was primarily working with boutique consultancies and corporates who were looking to hire top-tier consultants, often from the Big 4. Placing graduates up to directors, she specialised in public sector, healthcare and life sciences, with some big projects also in financial services and energy.

From this, she has brought forward a good knowledge of the consulting space, as well as the demands of inhouse strategy and transformation teams. She has found a deep interest in understanding clients’ needs and fostering strong connections with candidates in order to provide both sides with a high quality of service. Natalie seeks to combine structure and detail with creativity and personability, built on from her degree in English Literature and Latin from the University of Exeter.
