Miles joined Wilton & Bain in 2019 as a Principal in the Interim Management practice, specialising in Finance & Business Transformation. With over a decade of experience in the interim market, Miles has cultivated a trusted network of transformation and functional experts who support organisations in shaping strategy and executing complex change programmes across people, processes, and technology.

He has successfully delivered a wide range of finance, business, and technology transformation initiatives for multinational PLCs and Private Equity-backed portfolio companies across diverse industries. Miles manages the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and design through to execution and post-implementation support, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable impact.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain, Miles began his recruitment career in 2012 with a global specialist Finance & Accountancy firm, where he played a key role in establishing and leading their Business Change & Transformation practice. He remains committed to delivering high-impact solutions that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment for his clients.
