Lucy Silverman

Lucy Silverman joins Wilton & Bain’s Interim Management team as an Associate, bringing a commercial and business development background to the business. Prior to joining, she helped technology companies expand through channel partnerships and supported the introduction of managed services aligned to client needs and growth opportunities.

Lucy studied Religion, Philosophy and Ethics at King’s College London, sparking her interest in understanding people and what drives their decision-making. This curiosity underpins her approach to her new role, where she brings a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in people.

Outside of work, Lucy grew up on a farm in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Although she enjoys life in the city, she loves returning to the countryside whenever she can and also enjoys travelling abroad to explore new places.
