Katie Daubeney

Katie Daubeney is a Senior Associate within Wilton & Bain’s Interim Management team. Since joining in June 2025, she has supported the delivery of board-level and interim mandates across various industries. Katie approaches her work with a people-centred and fast-paced style, aiming to understand client needs and contribute to finding effective leadership solutions.

Before Wilton & Bain, Katie worked at Saragossa, where she was involved in interim appointments related to business change and transformation in the financial services sector. She also gained recruitment experience during a placement at Robert Walters. Her background in client and candidate engagement supports a consultative approach that values clear communication and strong relationships.

In her role, Katie works closely with Partners to help identify and place interim leaders who can support organisations through change. She is committed to being responsive and thorough, helping the team deliver the best outcomes for clients. Katie holds a degree in Philosophy from Newcastle University.
