Jody Pope has re- joined Wilton & Bain as a Senior Consultant in February 2026, having previously worked as part of the team. Jody is a private equity focused executive search leader with more than 10 years of experience placing C-level and VP executives into high-growth, complex environments. She partners with digital product engineering, data and AI, and consulting firms to deliver transformative leadership hires.

Having worked as Director of Client Success at 541 Advisors, she has a strong record of execution across technology and professional services businesses. Previously at Wilton & Bain, she led searches for PE-backed and services clients and helped expand the firm’s U.S. presence during its 2021 growth phase.
