Jessica Sanzone is an Operations Manager at Wilton & Bain. Her main role involves assisting six partners and the Interim Management team and managing contractor care for Wilton & Bain’s interims. Jessica graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Business and Management.

Jessica’s career began by supporting a sales team for a multinational technology and consulting firm. This initial role allowed her to develop a strong foundation in business operations and management. Seeking new experiences, Jessica spent two years living and working in Australia. This period enriched her professional and personal life, providing her with diverse insights and experiences.

Upon returning from Australia, Jessica joined Wilton & Bain as an Operations Associate. Her dedication and expertise quickly earned her a promotion to Operations Manager. In her current role, she ensures the smooth operation of the Interim Management team and provides essential support to partners.

Jessica is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Her responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring that contractors receive excellent care and support. Jessica’s ability to juggle these tasks makes her an invaluable asset to Wilton & Bain.
