Gene Allmark-Kent is a Partner at Wilton & Bain, where he leads the firm’s Global Technology Officers practice and is a key Partner in the Professional & Technology Services team. With seventeen years in Executive Search, nine of them at Wilton & Bain, he advises Boards, investors, and leadership teams on appointing transformative Technology and Business Executives across Services, Corporate Enterprise, and Private Equity.

Specialising at the intersection of Technology, Risk, and Data, Gene brings deep expertise in Cyber Security, Financial Crime and Analytics & AI. He has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex regulatory challenges while delivering leadership that drives resilience, innovation, and growth.

His track record spans major appointments across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas, where he has consistently shaped leadership teams to balance opportunity with risk.

Gene enjoys skateboarding & rollerblading with his two children, and when he’s not recruiting executives, can generally be found producing dance music or DJing.
