Donna Kennedy

Donna Kennedy is an experienced senior HR and talent development leader, with 17 years of board-level experience partnering with leadership teams through periods of significant growth, change, and acquisition.

Her expertise spans people strategy, performance transformation, post-merger integration and leadership development across professional services, recruitment, technology, and regulated environments. Donna is the founder of Donna Kennedy HR, chaired the HR and Talent Development Forum for APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies), and holds advanced qualifications including a Master of the Arts in Human Resource Management and Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma. 

Donna additionally holds training qualifications and is EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited to Senior Practitioner level, with Executive and Systemic Team Coaching credentials from Henley Business School.
