Daniel Jermy

Partner

Daniel Jermy has been a Partner at Wilton and Bain since 2022, based in our Austin office. His expertise spans management & strategy consulting, tech and digital advisory, public accounting, and private equity. Previously, he served as a principal at the firm, having joined Wilton and Bain as an Associate after graduating from the University of Leeds in 2010.

During his four years in London, Dan advanced to Engagement Manager, leading research teams on global search mandates in technology services and professional services.

In 2014, Dan relocated to Dubai, where he worked for Boyden, conducting numerous searches across the Middle East and Africa in industries such as professional services, oil and gas, consulting, financial services, technology, public sector, aerospace, and manufacturing.

Returning to Wilton and Bain in San Francisco in 2016, Dan initially led the US delivery organization before rising to Principal in 2017. Currently, he heads the Management Consulting practice in North America.

Dan is a father of 2, an ironman and marathon runner. When not on parenting duty or training, Dan and his wife are both active in the animal welfare community as volunteers and fund raisers and can be found at the local animal shelters. Read more about this here.
