She also works on Go-to-Market roles.

Before joining Wilton & Bain, Camilla worked for Heidrick & Struggles. She also gained experience at various boutique firms. Her focus was on senior-level executive search mandates. These mandates spanned across the financial services and private equity industries. This experience honed her skills in identifying top talent.

Camilla has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Spanish. She earned her degree from The University of Nottingham. Her academic background provides a strong foundation for her career. Camilla is fluent in English, Finnish, and Spanish. This linguistic ability enhances her communication with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
