Meet Andy Thomas

Andy Thomas is a Principal in the European executive search practice at Wilton & Bain and leads our work in the Energy, Infrastructure and Defence sectors. He supports leading management and engineering consultancies, asset operators and industrial technologists to appoint senior leadership, transformation and advisory roles across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific.

Andy has 17-years executive search experience and holds a particular interest in sustainability and innovation. Before joining Wilton & Bain, Andy spent 12-years at a leading independent search firm where he specialised in Industrials and Professional Services.

Andy is a member of Wilton & Bain’s SWITCH network – a community for Senior Women in Transformation and Change – and an Ambassador for POWERful Women. He supports both network’s initiatives and promotes gender diversity in leadership.
